Waive State's Rights to Create Jobs

So in order to create jobs, we have to take State's Rights away?

(a) Abrogation of State Immunity- A State shall not be immune under the 11th Amendment to the Constitution from a suit brought in a Federal court of competent jurisdiction for a violation of this Act.
(b) Waiver of State Immunity-
(1) IN GENERAL-
(A) WAIVER- A State's receipt or use of Federal financial assistance for any program or activity of a State shall constitute a waiver of sovereign immunity, under the 11th Amendment to the Constitution or otherwise, to a suit brought by an employee or applicant for employment of that program or activity under this Act for a remedy authorized under Section 375(c) of this Act.

I wonder why it takes the waiving of State's Rights to create jobs - or is there something sinister at play here? Na - couldn't be...this must be an innocent progressive clerical error.

Is the President sending American jobs overseas?

Certainly the events of the Deepwater Horizon explosion, which resulted in the loss of life and oil spilling into the Gulf waters, was a tragic accident. (By the way, as a side note, why did we see and hear more news on the birds and turtles suffering from the oil slick than we did on the families that lost loved ones and livelihoods?) Of course, this accident most likely would not have happened had the many layers of government regulators been doing their jobs. Additionally tragic, is the loss of jobs and economic activity due to the outrageous ban on oil production in the Gulf. (There is nothing quite like making private industry pay for the Government's ineptness) Why hasn't mainstream media broadcast in bold the 36 rigs in the Gulf of Mexico that have been put out of work, or the five rigs that have left for Egypt and other parts of Africa, and the roughly 8,000 to 12,000 jobs lost?
